1. Acceptance of these terms
MemeArena (the "Game") is a free-to-play meme card battler. By accessing or playing the Game you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use blockchain applications and the Game where you live. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including any restrictions on digital assets. The Game is not available where prohibited.
3. The Game is entertainment, not investment
MemeArena is a game played for fun. Coins and Gems are in-game currency with no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. The Game may offer optional MEMEARENA token rewards to top players. Rewards are not guaranteed; they are discretionary, capped, validated, and subject to availability. Nothing in the Game is an offer of securities, investment advice, or a promise of financial return. Digital assets are volatile and may lose all value.
4. Wallets and your account
You may play as a guest or connect a self-custodial wallet (e.g. Phantom). You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, keys, and seed phrase. We never take custody of your wallet and can never recover it for you. PvP for token prizes requires a connected wallet so that any prize can be sent to you.
5. Fair play
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, manipulate matchmaking or the leaderboards, or use multiple accounts to farm rewards. Rewards are server-validated and we may withhold, reverse, or disqualify rewards and suspend accounts for suspected abuse.
6. Rewards and leaderboards
Trophy standings and token prizes are calculated server-side and are final at our discretion. Prize amounts, schedules, and the number of paid places may change at any time. Any token distribution is subject to caps, anti-fraud validation, and available supply.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Game, including loss of digital assets, downtime, or bugs. Blockchain transactions are irreversible and outside our control.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Game evolves. Continued play after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
